Skin exfoliation is helpful in removing dead skin cells and skin regeneration, but overdoing it can cause skin dryness and irritation. You have to avoid using harsh scrubs to avoid skin irritation. If you have oily skin, your skin can tolerate more skin exfoliation a week, but if you have dry/sensitive skin, once or twice per week is enough.

Don't drink too much alcohol/coffee

Drinking plenty of alcohol and coffee can cause skin dehydration and premature skin aging. Your skin, as well as your body, needs plenty of water to hydrate, so you have to limit your coffee intake. These habits should be controlled for a healthy lifestyle and younger-looking skin.
