The milk powder provides lactic acid that helps with skin exfoliation and helps moisturize dry skin. And the fine rice grains help exfoliates dead skin cells gently. This skin cleanser will leave your skin hydrated and nourished.

Here's what you need:

  • 3 ground Almonds
  • 2 tablespoons ground rice
  • 1 teaspoon dry powdered milk

Here's how to prepare it:

  1. Grind the almonds and uncooked rice grains finely or into a really fine powder. For finer results, use a coffee grinder.
  2. Combine all ingredients with the dry powdered milk.
  3. Keep the mixture in a container with lid. You can use this anti-aging facial skin cleanser for 2 weeks.

To use, put a pinch of powder mixture in your hand and mix with water or rose water to make a paste. Massage it gently to your face, neck, and chest. Rinse it with water.

Here's what you need:

  • 1/4 cup raw, local honey
  • 1/4 cup water, coconut water or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid castile soap

Here's how to prepare it:

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into honey bear.
  2. Don’t shake the bottle or you’ll start to foam the soap.

To use, pour a small amount of the honey mixture into the palm of your hand and massage into face and neck. Avoid mixture contact with your the eyes, it burns like hell! Add a pinch of baking soda a couple of times a week to gently exfoliate. Rinse with warm water.
